Description
To be awarded to the business that exemplifies exceptional service standards that consistently exceed customer or guest expectations, and is widely respected throughout Moose Jaw for its achievements and community engagement. Judging will take into account relative size of business.

- Your submission MUST include the following information, make sure to include as much information as possible to put your best foot forward for the judges:
- Business Logo
Logo - Describe your business and list of services offered
- What sets you apart: quality, individual, needs, special services.
- Describe your accomplishments over the past year.
- Describe your contributions to your employee(s), in regards to providing training opportunities, further education or certification programs: please describe in detail.
- Minimum one letter of support from a customer/member of the community that has utilized your business. Examples include: Contribution to tourism, consistency of great service, keeping up with trends, listening to what your customers' needs
