Description
To be awarded to a business that has demonstrated exceptional diversity, equity and inclusion in their workplace, including leadership in hiring and retaining newcomers, people with visible and non-visible disabilities and visible minorities, and have given them the necessary training, wages and support to successfully transition to the workforce.
