This award recognizes excellence where the principles of operating a successful farm or agricultural related business with diversification, innovation, sound business practices, workplace safety, and demonstrates a commitment to the environment and community involvement as part of their corporate identity.

- Business Logo
Logo - Description of the business operation, how long it has been in operation (in years)? Number of employees (including owner/operator): full-time and part-time.
- Describe at least two ways your operation is currently improving its efficiency -- through innovative management practices, production efficiency technologies and/or marketing approaches.
- What sets your operation apart from its regional peer group? How does this operation demonstrate leadership to its peers?
- What is your businesses role within its local community?
- How is your operation positioning itself to meet future economic and business challenges?
